KUMHO LAUNCHES ITS NEW PLATINUM STORE CONCEPT ON THE CENTRAL COAST

Leading tyre manufacturer, Kumho Tyres has brought its new premium tyre store concept to the Central Coast with the opening of two, Argy Tyres at Toukley and Ocean Beach Rd Tyre Service at Woy Woy.

Kumho's new Central Coast Platinum dealer outlets come following the launch of the concept in Newcastle, in October 2011 and promises to bring a higher level of customer service and facilities with Kumho branding assuring tyre buyers of professional service and advice.

The Kumho Platinum outlet concept has been designed to showcase the innovation and reputation of Kumho and to market the full range of Kumho tyres to consumers demanding better service and facilities.

According to Kumho Australia Dealer Development Manager, Hayden Begbie, Argy Tyres Toukley and Ocean Beach Rd Tyre Service were selected as Kumho Platinum outlets because of the professionalism, commitment to Kumho and strong track records of customer service they have displayed.

"Ocean Beach Rd Tyre Service has shown that it is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and to raising the standard of presentation and facilities at its tyre outlet," said Hayden Begbie.

"Argy Tyres is a very professional retailer with stores in convenient locations, customer friendly facilities and well trained staff who deliver great service.

"Argy opened our first Platinum Store at its Hamilton store in Newcastle last year  and it was obvious  that its Toukley outlet would also become a Platinum outlet"

Ocean Beach Rd Tyre Service is an independent tyre and automotive group which operates its Kumho Platinum store at 55 Ocean Beach Rd, Woy Woy with features including off street parking and family friendly waiting areas, which include TV along with tea and coffee facilities.

These two Kumho Platinum dealers improve convenience for customers in the Central Coast region wanting to access the high standards of service and the quality products that Kumho offers.

Kumho will be rolling the Platinum Store concept out across the country selecting the most committed and professional dealers to ensure the Kumho Platinum concept represents the best service and facilities in the retail tyre market.
