Kumho Tyres' ECSTA LE Sport ranks 3rd in Austrlian magazine test, takes top spot in wet braking

Kumho tyres said today its premium product 'ECSTA LE Sport' for sport sedans has earned facourable reviews along with global brands such as Michelin and Continental in 2011 tyre performance tests conducted by Australia's influential auto monthly magazine Wheels.

Kumho Tyres was one of the seven brands, including Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone and Dunlop in the 60-year-old magazine's tyre performance test for 225/45R18 products. Kumho Tyres with ECSTA LE Sport Tyres ranked 3rd in total eight categories with first place in wet braking and second place in wet cornering and dry tests.

The Magazine said in a general review that it is a great result Kumho Tyres took the higher rank, elbowing out global brands such as Bridgestone and Dunlop.

ECSTA LE Sport launched in April of last year  is a premium product of Kumho tyres 'ECSTA family, which features superior stability in high-speed drive and agility.
